macbook air A1370 can't reinstall OS X 10.10

I've been trying to reinstall OS X (Yosemite) on my macbook air A1370, but my laptop keeps restarting. I go the page that says reinstall OS X, then it ask for my apple ID, then it continues and it looks like the program will install, I then get a notice that it will take about an hour. Then it looks like it's downloading when all of a sudden it takes me back to the original page.

So the process looks like it's working but at the end it isn't. Help me please!
