How to use PF with applications

Hello,

I would like to configure PF (Packet filter) to block all Internet connection of a given application. I have looked for this but I have not found anything.

I have just been able to block all network traffic to a given IP address.

Has anyone been able to accomplish that?

It does not allow to block outbound i.e. Internet connections only inbound ones. I would not like to use third party software.

Has anyone been able to use PF to prevent application from connecting to the Internet?

have you checked for your options in

system preferences->security & privacy->firewall->firewall options... ?
