It doesn't look as if they're missing. The clips would show a red icon if they were missing. Looks as if the cache didn't build problem. If you dump the cache, and relaunch and wait for it to build the filmstrips before you start using the application, that usually does it.

The problem isn't the media; it's the display in FCP. The filmstrips that are normally built and cached have gotten disconnected. Try what Ben says. Basically you need to get the app to rebuild the filmstrips.
i tried to re-import it so that i can edit again but it won't let me? .. i see white lines.. im assuming its already been imported but its all black?
Exit FCPX and restart it. If that doesn't help, reboot your Mac.

ok i just fixed it somehow i found the media clips.. but problem is there is no sound :/
Do the meters move during playback? How is the sound being monitored?
When did this appear? Where you trying to relink files?
