get back you admin account

I add a administrator account and a standard one I was trying to delete the standard cause it was a copy.

Something went wrong and now I have to standard account and no admin . try restart the computer command +s

to remove the applesetupdone file it (no file ). Please can someone help me . I have this Mac one week now .
