Family sharing issues

Just wondering how I can delete/cancel my Apple Music subscription when I am not the organiser?

I really am the organiser but I can’t access my Apple ID after I reset my phone and now I’ve made a new one I can’t be added too my family sharing that I created because I am the organiser and my sister who’s phone I’m on now trying to be added to family sharing is only a parent/guardian and can’t add me.. I can’t access my Apple ID let alone be added to Apple Music and family sharing on a whole new account! Any help please? Also, any tips on how to get pass two factor authentication, I don’t know the phone number that the code has to be sent to therefore I can’t reset my Apple ID or access it... pls help
