iTunes Series Pass Doesn't Even Show Episodes For Download

I bought the series pass for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D season 5 in English without subtitles (because I live in Germany and have German iTunes) and despite the fact that a new episode came out this past Friday (Dec 8th), I have received no e-mail and when I go to the pass, the episode doesn't even show up as being available at all. When I check the seasons in German or the subtitled version, the episode is there and available for download but not on mine. Can anyone help me get my episode without having to buy a completely new and different series pass?

Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store(Document Type: Document) Nov 8, 2017 You can use reportaproblem.apple.com to view your purchases, receipts, and contact Apple Support with any problems with your past purchases. When you open the page, enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item, then choose Sign In. Subscriptions aren't managed through reportaproblem.apple.com. Learn how to manage your in-app subscriptions. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
