order not deliverd on. According site status is finished

I ordered online in the apple store an apple 7w charger. OS version number is NA. I tried to email. Call and chat. I would be delivered on 7 December 2017. Online status is finished but on 10 December I still did not receive it. I should have signed for delivery but site also says postage does not need signatures . In either case I did not receive my order
