films not visible in iTunes for family purchases

I am on my mums computer, i am trying to download films i have purchased to her iMac, as we are all on the same family account, it displays all the music OK and lets me interact with this, but it will not display the films. I have five family members in the account, it tells me those that have no films, but will display only the scroll bar and none of the images of the films or names, so i cannot interact with them to download them to my mum and dads computer so they can watch them
