The App Store thinks I am in France

I do visit France quite regularly but, for the first time, my phone has suddenly defaulted to the French site for the App Store. I cannot sync my phone to my laptop as Apple has mysteriously removed all my music from my laptop, but not my phone! However that’s a separate question which I would like resolved!
