I gave my Iphone 6 to my wife, changed the apple id and password to her address. when I try to update her apps it still prompts my old apple id and asks for my password. Any idea on how to correct this? I use my apple id and password on my own iphone and don't want to screw things up when I back hers up. Thanks

Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID that was used to download them.
Your wife needs to download them again using her new Apple ID.
