Help please fixing stuck light on iCloud terms and conditions.

Good question. Them light over an icon on an app showing you to open it

For example, when an upgrade is avail even, there will be a little light on the setting app. This is the same thing.

I have a titificstion light on my settings app. When I open it, it leads me to iCloud and tells me I have to approve terms and conditions. I do that, but the light stays on. I even get warned when I turn on phone that iCloud will not work unless I accep terms and conditions.

However, iCloud works fine. Thanks for responding to this. I just upgraded X to 11.2.1 and it still does it.
