Help please fixing stuck light on iCloud terms and conditions.

New iPhone X. 11.2. Light. In settings stuck on. iCloud works fine. Tells me I have to approve iCloud terms and conditions. I agree, but light stays on. Every once in a while I get warned. But iCloud keeps working. Light driving me crazy. Phone 4 days old.
