my iphone 7 cant make or receive calls. It says searching on top left

Not sure what happened the phone will not make or receive calls only works in WiFi for texting

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

in nohing helps, try to contact your carrier explaining your issue.
