You are not allowed to create or update this content

I have been busy for quite a while to post a question in this community but every time this message came up "You are not allowed to create or update this content". The last time it occurred was in the iBooks community. I am wondering why this message pops up when you are signed in. And browsing through these communities this is not incidental. So please, fix this irritating behaviour.
