iCloud restore
I have just bought a new iphone and I had previously backed up my photos to my iCloud, when I login online they’re there, however they are not restoring onto my iphone. Help! What do I do?

If you are seeing them at iCloud.com when you login to that site, they are included in iCloud Photo Library and that is not included in iCloud Backup.
They should automatically sync to your new phone if you turn on Settings > [username] > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photo Library. You may want to also turn on Optimize iPhone Storage on that same screen, depending on how much space you have on the phone. More information: iCloud Photo Library - Apple Support
