I let someone else borrow my iPad 2. they used their info. I got the iPad back and they are no longer around nor can I get ahold of them. How do I reset my iPad back with out them

How do I reset my Ipad2 when Ive let someone else borrow it and now I can't get ahold of them to reset it back to my information.

@ KitledTim => Not necessarily... If you've backed it up on your computer with iTunes you might be able to do a restore from your back up!


I've had the same issue with my brother who used my iPhone, he removed the ownership under my appleid and set it up as his device with his appleid! I simply did a hard reset and restore through iTunes and it worked out like a charm...


But I guess it's because it was backed up previously in my computer and in my iTunes and was registered initially under my appleid... if you do not have a back up I think as KiltedTim said, the only solution is Apple shop with a prove of ownership!
