Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
while my apple id was signed in the desktop, I left my phone offline around. However my curious little niece tried operating the lost mode, and now the sim card is blocked. I am stuck with unanswered important calls and no contacts to read from. Is there an easy way out?

Putting the phone in lost mode doesn't lock the SIM. If, somehow, your niece managed to look the SIM, you'll need to contact your carrier. Also, your contacts are not stored on the SIM.

Thank you. I wasn't sure either why my sim has been blocked, because that is unusual. I have used this application before but this never happened.
