How do i get my comics on my iphone?

I have an iPhone SE and use a comics viewer to read my comics (cbr and pdf formats), and used to connect the phone to the PC and use iTunes to add comics to it in the apps section, but now that the apps section has been removed from iTunes how the **** do i get my comics on the phone now (and I'm guessing I'd have the same problems with an iPad)?

Also, how do i access my wish list in the app store, now that apps are gone from iTunes? there doesn't seem to be any way of doing it on the phone, although could be easily missed on a small screen rather than being able to browse the app store on a PC monitor.
