Why do iOS 11 on the SE plays web videos so slow

On my iPhone SE Every time I try to watch a video on a website it takes forever to load and sometimes the player goes blank and have to reload the page and if I use my iPhone 5c it plays the videos with no problems can I get so help in fixing this please
