Restriction passcode

If you forgot your restriction passcode, follow the directions in this link. The process is the same for all forgotten passcodes. Do not restore your phone from backup after you have gotten back in. The restrictions passcode is contained in the backup, so you'd reintroduce this problem to this or subsequent iPhones.

You need to restore iPhone using your pc

Turn iPhone off Connect lead to USB on your pc Press just the power button down on iPhone don't let go Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down until pc sees iPhone Then wait for restore you may need to do this more than once Before it works.
