Prime Video Closed Captions on Apple TV

Anyone else having issues getting closed captioning to work via Apple TV?

Have updated and reviewed all settings on both Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video account.

Also awaiting a response from Amazon support.

Any help or advice is appreciated.
