Outlook sends Amazon to Junk

Why would Outlook ALWAYS send Amazon order acknowledgements to the Junk folder?

I have two laptops, both running OS 10.13.2 and Outlook 365. On one laptop Amazon order acknowledgements (for new orders) are ALWAYS sent to the Junkmail folder.

Any other mail from Amazon behaves normally i.e. as expected/appropriate.

Only happens on one computer. No rules for junk mail set on either computer.

Amazon E-mails Continually Marked as Junk - Microsoft Community

Found a sort of answer -- it's a know issue but no solution.

FYI the MS Community site is completely different from MS Support.

I concede the point that I should have looked at MS first but, honestly, I used to get better, quicker answers from Apple communities than MS. But that was many years ago and I guess Apple communities have changed a bit.

Yes, and my point is that the answer was found in MS Community, not the Support link you supplied.

If you try the link you posted for Support you will not find anything other than generic FAQs.

MS Communities are, like Apple Communities, where real questions get answered quickly (sometimes). Support (on both MS and Apple) is where corporate speak is king.
