Lost all my tones, not in my itunes library.

Got new 8 plus, transferred all my music and info but all my tones are gone. Not in my itunes library, they are just gone. Nothing to drag or rename extensions or transfer, looks like I never bought them. Don't want to lose current information, so I can't use an old backup. I've had these tones for about 5 years and they have transferred every time. I hate to have to buy them again...I won't buy them again. I pay enough for these phones and ipads, but iTunes is always a pain in the butt when it comes to doing a simple sync. I'm not very tech-savvy, but any suggestions would help. The idea of having to use Marimba or those other ridiculous tones that come with the phone are nauseating. Please help! Thanks.
