Icloud drive cant change share my location to off

HOW can I turn OFF share my location under icloud drive on my iphone? it says no always server

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.2

What share my location are you referring to under iCloud Drive? The only two that I know of are Find My Friends: Stop sharing your location altogether & Share your location with your family - Apple Support.

Thank you Zinacef, but I finally figured it out. One of my settings, "Allow Changes" was off instead of on!
