No mounted file system

When I am trying to install the GNS3. It is giving me an error i.e.. No mounted file system. I have tried every possible way which is given here but still not able to resolve it.

1) I have tried the /System/Library/Extensions/LexarFilterScheme.kext but the files not there.

2) I have also tried the Disk utility but still the issue is not resolved.

Please provide a good solution for this. I need this to fixed ASAP.

MacBook, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)

If this is a 3rd party application, contact the Developer.

I install this software earlier but I removed due to some reason. So again I tried to install this but it is giving me this error "No mounted file system".
