Pretty much the entire world wide web, as we used to call it. There are millions of sites that hosts forums of one sort or another. Do a search for topics that interest you and add "forum" as part of the search term. If you're brave, you can look at reddit. People have gotten exponentially ruder online since the Usenet's heyday.

Usenet clients are few and far between now. Most have been discontinued or abandoned.
