Unable to open app

My husband and I share the same apple id. He downloaded an app and is able to use it but I am unable to open it on my phone (7S). It says "open" but when I click on "open" it does nothing. I've restarted my phone and am able to get and download any other apps.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2

He downloaded the app with 11.1.2. I tried with 11.2 and was unable to "get" the mygmc, mychevy, or mybuick apps in the App store. I can download and open any and all other apps. Apple support indicated it was GMC issue, GMC says its an Apple issue.


He updated to 11.2 this morning and is still able to access the app. It shows the app is in our cloud, but it won't let me "open" it.

You should NEVER share the the same apple I'd they are not made to share Everyone needs there own apple I'd All devices using same I'd Will get the same information

On iPhone over your wifi.

Change to own I'd You will find it will run a lot better.

Go to i books download ios 11 user guide &iPhone 7 guide both are free.
