I can’t update any of my app it keeps telling me my phone is disabled how do I fix it

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If nothing helps, Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
