Transferring a cd to my iTunes on my iPhone
I have downloaded a cd in to my laptop using iTunes and it is not showing on my iPhone! I have iTunes Match and Apple Music! I have synced several times and it is still not showing!

If that happened to me, I would use iTunes' menu to do File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library and then sync and try again.
