The Auto-Lock ‘never’ option seems to have disappeared from the options on iPhone X and selections now only range from 2-5mins. Is this right?
My iPhone now goes to sleep/locks after 5 mins when watching Netflix and I can’t turn the auto lock off.

Actually, in addition to "Never", my iPhone X also offers "30 Seconds" and "1 Minute" as well as the 2-5 minute options you cite.

Is your phone linked to a corporate email account? Some have policies that eliminate the Never option for security reasons.
