occasional missing songs

I am starting to run into a problem. I am going through my library rather randomly now, using shuffle. I am noticing that as I review some albums, no particular order or connection, there are missing songs. No real reason or rhyme, anywhere from 1-3 songs might be missing on 3 or 4 albums so far.

Any idea why that is and how to stop that from happening?
