Multiple recipient text messages can be very complicated to send/receive.
Some of the recipients may be using iMessage. This would be true if they have Apple devices.
Others may rely on your cellular carrier's SMS text messaging. This would be true if they do not have Apple devices and are using cellular telephones.
Try to separate these into two separate groups if you can. They are sent/received very differently.
I have tried sending group messages by turning off imessage as well. And imessage works with internet, i usually send group text by turning off internet. Though if i send group message through iMessage then it's working fine. But when doing group message through carrier services then it isnt working.
