Haptics
I have an iPhone 6 Plus. I downloaded an app that I need haptics for. My wife’s 6s has setting and haptics, but my phone only has settings. I am current on updates at 11.2
How do I get haptics added or enabled?
Bscrogg ~ Looking at the Wikipedia entry for iPhone 6s/6s Plus, it says: "3D Touch is combined with a Taptic Engine vibrator to provide associated haptic feedback."
But the Wikipedia entry for iPhone 6/6 Plus contains no similar phrase. ...So, it appears that haptics, which is a hardware & software feature, was introduced with the newer iPhone 6s and cannot be "added or enabled" to your older iPhone 6 Plus.
