Show in finder not working

Show in finder not working

If I right click an app in the dock and choose options>>Show in Finder nothing happens. How do I fix this?

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)

What version of MacOS are you running?

You could try making a second user account and see if it happens with that, to test whether there's something wrong with the OS or just your user account. You can delete the test user after.

Does the app in question launch properly when you click it?

Yes. This happens with all apps
