and I already back up my iPhone and doesn't work

I see that you're trying to retrieve a note that accidentally got deleted. I know how important it is to retrieve important information from your iPhone and I'd be happy to try to help out with this.

If you had a backup in iCloud or iTunes, you'd want to restore from the backup that was created before the note was deleted. If the note was deleted and then you created a backup, that note would not be included in the backup. Whether its iCloud or iTunes, you should be able to choose the backup you want to restore from:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Keep in mind that if you restore from a backup, any data that was added to the iPhone since that backup would not be restored to the iPhone.
