pages is locked due to account maintenance

for a week now it had said that and I do not know to fix it I tried it on multiple computers and my laptap that is not apple. when I log in to my icloud through online it says that pages is locked due to account maintenance. However, on my iPhone pages works just fine. how do I fix this please. I have a paper due and not using pages is really flustering.
