W10 firewall blocking iTunes after each update

I follow your recipe for iTunes. But after each windows10 update, the 2 rules for iTunes in- and outbound are removed by Windows.

I recognize the behaviour when itunes needs 2 or 3 times to connect to Apple Store, and when purchases are not downloaded.. or only after 2-3 times requesting.

Can I prevent windows from removing personal rules from the firewall?
