Question: HomeKit problem with invitation

I had a working Apple Home App with my partner. Suddenly his Home app didn‘t work anymore.


I wanted to invite him again to my Apple Home(Kit), but the invitation fails everytime with the message that his Apple ID is not connected to iCloud (but it is!). We restarted the iPhones and I also did a whole reset - but nothing worked.


Does anyone knows what to do?
