I'm looking for some older voice memos.

I'm looking for some older voice memos. I have Time Machine but the older backups do not have the voice memo folder. Are the voice memos located somewhere other than voice memo folder on older versions of iTunes?

Mac OSx, Mac OS X (10.6.2)
