What is the best email programme to use on iPad Pro ios11.1 to get rid of spam

I have been inundated with email spam on my iPad Pro ios11.1. I have used Apple Mail, gmail and am about to try iCloud. It has completely destroyed my pleasure in using the iPad. Any suggestions re email programmes would be very welcome - estelle from Nutgrove
