Handoff not Working in 11.2

Hello,

My HandOff feature stopped working with my iPhone 8 and iPad mini 4 both being in iOS 11.2

I did contact apple support and made sure both the devices are restarted, in the same Wifi, bluetooth enabled and Hand Off switched on. Still no luck

Interestingly the Safari Pages/tabs have no issue showing up in both devices, only "Universal Clipboard" is having issues. Any Ideas?
