phone doesn't turn on

while charging my iPhone 6 plus the charger got burnt ( there is a small hole on the head of the charger)

and my phone doesn't want to turn on ;( can someone tell me what could go wrong ? can i replace any part by myself ? Can dock connector charging port + battery replacement fix the problem ? help
