My phone keeps saying searching

Hi guys, I would just like to write this post if anybody could help me and give me solutions to my problem that would be perfect. I have this problem with my phone it always says ‘searching’ wherever I am whether I am connected to WiFi or not. I have tried force restarting my phone, resetting network settings, airplane mode, updating software, updating cellular update everything but I still seem to have the problem although I have contacted my network customer service 3 times now. They told me I has to be a problem with the phone. It would be very much appreciated if any body could help me thanks.
