Can’t open pkpass ticket in my wallet app

So today I got my airplane ticket in pkpass format and my iphone SE (iOS 11.2) won’t open it. When I’m trying to open it but he just suggest programs like WhatsApp, notes, mails etc to open it. How can I make wallet work?
