I contacted by bank because my debit card does not want to be accepted on my App Store. They told me there is nothing wrong with my debit card. To contact Apple! Can you guys tell me what could be wrong? Thanks

Have you entered the 3 digit code from the back of the card?
Has it worked before.
Go to Support.apple.com
You can buy a iTunes gift card redeem at the bottom of iTunes page
Until you get your card problem solved.
