iCloud Keychain - Sites requiring two factor authentication

I have websites (e.g. Etrade, etc) that I use that require a password plus a security code. I use an app "VIP Access" for the security code and the code changes every 30 seconds. I have the password saved to Keychain and when I go to the sites, I just enter the security code so that it appends to the password thus allowing me access to the site. The issue is Keychain always ask "Do you want to update the password saved in your iCloud Keychain for “username?”. I cannot update the password to include the security code because the security code changes every 30 seconds. Is there a method to prevent Keychain from asking to update those site that require this form of two factor authentication?
