I can't seem to change my country/region
I'm having an issue with the App Store loading when I got on my account and try to change my country/region from the UK to the US. Does anyone have any suggestions for this, please?

Do you owe any money or have an existing credit on the UK account?
Are you physically located in the US and using an accepted form of
payment from an US financial institution tied to a verified address in
the US?
Which VPN are you using?
