Amazon Prime frame rate

I'm noticing The Grand Tour Season 2 and James May's Cars for the People are coming in at 50 hz, which is not right for the US. TGT Season 1 is 23.98, which is correct. Haven't watched anything else.

Apple TV set to 4k SDR with frame and color space matching both on and off...no difference...
