How do I cancel my app subscription?

One of my app subscriptions renewed and I didn't mean to renew it. It's so hard to figure out how to get a refund as this website keeps directing me to the general support page. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I just want a refund, that's all.

The communities section doesn't even have the "App Store" category on it.
