Adjust Date and time creates radical date problems.

I scanned old photos, fixed images in photoshop and saved as jpg.

Imported into Photos here in December 2017, and then want to "Adjust Date and Time."

When I do that, the date goes CRAZY!

I type in 1972, and I get a month and year that is insane, far back to the 1800's, 1700's, and then on e in the future (the year 2200).
